Candles have a variety of benefits such as replacement of light when the light dies, can provide even aromatherapy to create a romantic atmosphere at dinner or a candle light dinner with a partner. But did you know that candles made of paraffin wax can be a source of air pollution.
Lit candles made from paraffin material most often used in confined spaces that give rise to romantic, warm and fragrant, it can be a source of air pollution in the room who have not known many people. Researchers reported that the resulting air pollution is known as one of carcinogenesis.

In the Journal of Medical Internet, researchers conducted a survey of 2650 adults in Australia about physical activity, the internet, play computer games, reading, watching and other activities undertaken during the respondents were in their spare time to learn to do with the disease of obesity.

Sport Drinks Damaging Teeth

A lot of sports drinks sold does look more healthy than soft drinks. But recent research shows that sports drinks containing citric acid can damage the teeth.
This research was conducted by soaking the teeth for 90 minutes, as a simulation for those who like to drink sports drinks throughout the day. It turned out some tooth enamel is gone. This is because sports drinks are leaked to the bottom layer of enamel, causing the teeth become soft and weak. This condition is called dental erosion could easily result in damage and loss of teeth if not treated immediately.

Scientists believe that yawning can help a person become more alert to immediately enter into the brain of oxygen. Since yawning is a sign of the amount of oxygen in the brain is decreased which can make a person difficult to concentrate.

There is plenty of room in the house from bedroom, living room, kitchen to the front page. But living in a house which became the most dangerous or toxic?
The house is clean and healthy will make residents feel comfortable being in it. But it was a house that looks clean is not necessarily free from any toxic substances that are not visible to the eye.
There are three places in the house with a risk of containing toxic substances more than other places, namely:

Home lawn

Almost certainly all the people who have a lawn will be used as play areas or sports by a family member. But before doing that, first consider whether it is free of pesticide materials. Because the substances contained therein, are generally not environmentally friendly as well as cumulative if the went into the body.
Should consider the management of lawn in a way to prevent, monitor and control pests that may exist. Choose liquid environmentally friendly insecticides and contain chemicals that are not dangerous.
